As we take this year to celebrate Black Joy, we're practicing Radical Wellness as a form of liberation! Join us for a groundbreaking Radical Wellness Fair celebrating Black joy and embracing radical wellness practices! This transformative event invites you to immerse yourself in laughter, meditation, and joy while gaining invaluable knowledge about our bodies and mental health. Through engaging workshops and interactive sessions, we'll explore holistic approaches to well-being, foster community connections, and empower each other to thrive. Come be a part of this vibrant celebration where we come together to build, learn, and uplift one another. We're excited to partner with community members such as Fresh Energy Wellness, Friends of Anacostia Park, Martha's Table, and the CHACC to name a few! We'll have a Joyful food market pop up, healthy food demos, a frolic field, and so much more!
